I think the word HUMAN itself suggests that any person worth the salt must be a nice human being first in his or her lifetime. Other things are secondary. Well its simple to understand that anyone will expect a lion to behave like a lion. In animals one important thing is that they do what nature expects them to do. Human being always displays doble standards.No matter how dishonest a person is he or she will always expect honesty & sincerety from others.If every human being is sincere about oneself & behave in the way he or she expects from others then this place will be good to live.One must have qualities of selfless devotion, hard work, determination & grit. Then the organisation which possess such employees will climb to great heights. Only care to be taken is that there should be no ego. Always offer one's efforts at the feet of the ALMIGHTY.

             A courageous person is the one who helps the oppresed & dejected. Now a days its found that a person thinks himself courageous if he shows his authority over the oppresed & the people who are weaker than him. I for the one will call that person courageous who stands like a rock behind the weaker & needy people. That person is courageous who delivers when it matters despite all odds & not that person who tries to show himself big by just doing lame talks & not taking the initiatives when it matters. That person is courageous  who doesnt jump in success & who doesnt feel dejected when things are moving against him. He has the strongest faith  in the fact that the ALMIGHTY always cares & does only that which is good. UPARWALE ki marzi ke bina patta bhi nahi hilta. BHAGWAN ke ghar der hai andher nahi hai.

             Finally that person is the most courageous who welcomes the GOD of death with open arms & great joy. One must be happy about the most certain thing in life. Welcome death when it comes cause the time & place of death is also decided the moment we take birth.This is also blessing in disguise by the ALMIGHTY but since we people are so much involved with the worldly matters we are unable to understand.Actually death is carnival.Celebrate it.Have strong faith in ALMIGHTY, live like a king & die like a king.Be humble & courageous in its truest sense.
